Goals

For this project I focused mainly on composition and environmental storytelling as the gameplay cameras were fixed, in the style with classic Resident Evil games. Leading the player using the environment was crucial, all while telling a story about what had happened here.

Narrative

It’s September 1998. People have begun disappearing without a trace in the city of Sjubb, and the police claim to have no leads. Meanwhile, the pharmaceutical company Paraply Aktiebolag continues to expand its presence throughout the small town.

A young journalist, determined to uncover the truth, descends into the sewers, only to discover signs of something far more sinister: zombies, and Paraply’s logo scattered throughout the tunnels. Deeper within, a hidden metro car carries her to the entrance of a secret, high-tech laboratory, branded with Paraply’s emblem.
